Run Recap: Trails & Trees

There is a State Forest near my apartment that I have been gravitating towards when I have a little extra time for a run. There is a wide, well-maintained loop that comes to just under 4 miles, and lots of pretty water views along the way. For the most part, it is flat, but there is one challenging hill — I like that because it forces me to do some work. This has definitely become my new favorite running spot! ❤
